Rotor blade production is by resin infusion, manufactured to the highest international standards in moulds equipped with sophisticated in-built heating, a dedicated vacuum system and pneumatic controls for accurate mould profile alignment. We currently produce blades up to 45 metres in length, and blade root finishing is completed automatically with our blade root saw and drilling machines.

The Winner in the Category of Telecom and Electronics at the recent ICERP 2011 exhibition in Mumbai was Kemrock for their all composite telecom tower. Designed in and fabricated from composites, the Kemrock Telecom Tower has been tested for its suitability at SERC Chennai, and survives wind speeds of 180kmph at a height of 30 metres. 

Supplied from the factory is pre-assembled 6 metres lifts, Kemrock Telecom Towers are readily transportable to remote areas and to the roof tops of buildings in metropolitan cities. The EMI/RFI transparency means that there is no footprint that will cause interference and the wind resistance ensures that the tower will not deflect any more than 0.5˚, thereby ensuring no loss of signal.

Kemrock has designed and developed composite modular buildings for use as schools, homes and emergency housing following natural disasters. The all-weather, insulated design comprises pultruded structural members, walls and floors, continuous laminate roof, SMC door and contact moulded furniture. They are an all composites solution flexible in size and design, offering superior quality corrosion resistant construction. Being made of composite materials, these modular houses are light weight and easy to install, taking 50-60% less time than traditional on-site constructions. These modular buildings are thermally insulated, lowering heating and cooling costs.

A recent Kemrock development is a pultruded interlocking Sound Barrier, intended for use in built up areas where noise pollution is an ongoing problem. Manufactured as a hollow pulktruded profile, the panels can be filled with different media depending upon the degree to which noise absoption is required. Where partial visibility is required, combination installations using composites as the all important lower, noise absorbing area can be installed with polycarbonate upper panels providing the required transparency.
