The MS4425 is a temperature compensated, piezoresistive silicon pressure sensor packaged in a dual in- line configuration and intended for cost sensitive applications where excellent performance and long-term stability are required.

Integral temperature compensation is provided over a range of 0-50°C using laser-trimmed resistors.

The pressure sensor is available in absolute, gage or differential pressure ranges from 0-1 to 0-300 psi. The pressure ports are 1/8” barbed ports which mate with 3/32” ID tubing. Schaevitz® P900 Series Strain Gauge Pressure Transducers are premium grade sensors that provide highly precise measurement of absolute, vented gauge, or sealed gauge pressures over wide temperature ranges.

Standard versions of this transducer use a 17-4 pH stainless steel diaphragm to sense pressure (Inconel versions are available for operation in highly corrosive environments). The deflection of the diaphragm is transferred to a double cantilever beam by a force transfer rod. Strain in the beam, and therefore, input pressure is measured by four foil strain gauges.

The EE75 series air velocity transmitters were developed to obtain accurate measuring results over a wide range of velocities and temperatures.

A high-quality hot film sensor element based on cutting-edge thin film
technology ensures maximum sensitivity, even at lowest mass flows. At the same time, the innovative probe design produces reliable measuring results at high flow velocities of up to 40m/s (8000ft/min).

The integrated temperature compensation minimises the temperature cross-sensitivity of the EE75 series which, combined with the robust mechanical design, allows it to be used at process temperatures between -40 to +120°C (-40 to 248°F).

In addition to air velocity and temperature values, the transmitter calculates the volumetric flow rate in m³/h or ft³/min. The cross section of the duct needs to be determined for this purpose and the volumetric flow rate can be displayed and directed to one of the analogue outputs.

The Series VF Air Flow Capture Hood accurately measures air volume flowing through registers, diffusers and grills. The hand held Zero Calibration Kit includes all the necessary components for calibration of any SenseAir® CO2 sensor. The kit consists of a carrying case including charger and replacement cartridges. The indicators on the unit advice when to charge and replace the CO2 absorbent cartridge.

The Zero Calibration Kit produces a calibration gas, free of CO2 through chemical absorption (soda lime). The CO2 removal is accomplished by passing air through cartridges containing soda lime. A chemical reaction between the CO2
and soda lime result in CO2 reduced “clean” air.

HCT IS Series

The HCT is a breakthrough position transmitter for use in hazardous locations. The two-wire loop configuration allows use with a single barrier and a minimum of wire or cable.
True hermetic packaging of the coil assembly and electronics provides the maximum protection against adverse environments. A 4-20 mA transmitter output is the favored configuration for process industries and power plants. Six standard ranges are available from 0 to 0.25 inches (6.35 mm), to 0 to 10 inches (250 mm). Custom scaling is available for OEM requirements. Small quantities
are generally available for same day/next day delivery.
