Friends, in collaboration with Intermek ,Greece, has developed a world-class Resin Line with European technical know-how and expertise so as to provide a cost effective yet high quality slab processing solution to the customers.
 

The Robot enables for continuous, uninterrupted loading/unloading of the slabs to the line and can lift marble slabs of dimensions 3.2m x 2.1m x 30mm. The high number of vacuum cups with a high capacity vacuum pump gives robot the ability to handle any type of material. An auxiliary slab platform is provided to perform “open book” type loading/unloading.

Rational structure is of box construction (As per IS - 800 Bridge Girder structural calculation) adequately designed and reinforced by stiffening ribs. It is connected with bridge trolley, which is moved by motors, coupled up with speed reducers. The crab carriage is in steel section. It comprises of special crane duty motor, connected to speedreducers and is coupled to a grooved steel drum. Electromagnetic brakes are used to control the smooth lifting of weight. AC drive is also provided (on demand) for smooth operation of long travel.
 

Rational structure is of box construction, adequately designed and reinforced by stiffening ribs, to take care of all types of loadings. This is connected by cross beams. The unbraced legs are hinged near the leg beam attachment. The complete structure is mounted on four wheel base, each having two double rimmed steel wheels provided with flexible bushing to take care of any misalignment. The top beam is firmly fixed on heavily fabricated steel bracket. The crab carriage is in steel section. It is comprised of special crane duty motor, connected to heavy duty speed reducers and are coupled up to a grooved steel drum.Electromagnetic brakes / hydro-thruster brakes are used to control the smooth lifting of weight. The block is equipped with a forged steel forked revolving hook. 

This heavy duty crane facilitates the handling of marble blocks at the quarry. It’s Rational Structure i.e. Boom, Central Mast and Rafters are made out of heavy duty structural steel frame work, duly stress relieved. The base of Central Mast is fixed to the hoist unit, which in turn rotates on specially designed thrust bearing, anchored to the Central Foot by means of bolts, grouted in concrete foundation or rock. The Hoist unit comprises of special crane duty motor, connected to variable speed reducers and helical gear box, duly coupled to a grooved steel drum. Hydro-thruster brakes are used to control the smooth lifting of weight. The hoist unit rotates on specially designed thrust bearing by means of multiple step down gears, built into the Hoist Foot. The hook block is equipped with a forged steel forked revolving hook. Wire rope is of 6 x 37 construction. Electric operations are controlled with push button control unit, independent from the position of hoist unit. Limit switches for rotation, boom lowering and lifting & load lowering and lifting are provided to ensure accident free operations. 

Single Blade Block Dressing Machine, facilitates sawing of marble / agglomerate block in slabs of varying thickness. The structure of machine is made up of two high quality steel columns and a cross beam, to ensure maximum stability during sawing. Sawing is done by a combined mechanical and hydraulic movement transforming the mechanical movement into a hydraulic one to obtain optimal tensioning, precise and regular sawing of block.

Waste Water or Slurry from the Gang Saw is coming to slurry Tank, where a submerged Motor Driven Pump controlled by a limit level guard, automatically, conveys the Slurry through feed pipe to Conical Tank On its way to the conical tank (Decanter), the slurry is treated with flocculent, which is dissolved in the tank of flocculent system by means of electric mixing device and drained into a lower tank where a dozing pump injects the flocculents into the feed pipe of conical tank.
