Machine operates on the principle of Positive displacement of screw operating under constant head of powders. Precisely designed Auger screw displaces powder through funnel into pouches /container held under the funnel.Rotation of screw is controlled by photoelectric sensor which in turn controls the product out put from the discharging funnel. Auto and manual mode helps to manage the speed of filling as per the operator efficiency and skill set

Automatic Double Head Powder Filling Machine for Non-free flowing powders/pastes. Machine can be easily extended for 3 or 4 head packaging line for high speed filling requirements. Empty containers placed on the turn table are fed on to the slat conveyor. Pneumatically operated actuator stops every alternate bottle precisely under the nozzle of the Auger filler machine. Once the desired quantity of product is filled , actuator releases the bottle for the next cycle of operation. Automatic capping machine and labelling machine can be provided for complete one stop powder filling sytem. Machine is controlled via a microcontroller based control panel or PLC as per the requirements. Polycarbonate enclosure can be provided for a Dust free operation.

We are offering Automatic Liquid Filling Machine. In a conventional piston/syringe based liquid filling machines it is a must to have a syringes for various sizes to suite this requirements. Multi-head servo pump based liquid filling machines are the solutions to meet these requirements. Pack-size can be simply change from the PLC based control panel without needing to change any components. Pump controls the coarse and fine filling to provide the higher accuracy. Empty containers are fed under the discharge nozzle via slat conveyor either manually or fed through the rotary turn table.As soon as the empty containers reach under the discharging nozzle, Pneumatic actuator stops the bottle and holds at the right position for filling. Once the desired quantity is reached, machines stops automatically and releases the bottles for the next cycle. Filled bottles can be fed to the automatic capping and labeling machines. Multi-level password protection, Data logging and reporting and Pre-set Recipe for one touch operations can be provided as per clients requirements. Machine can also be provided with 4/6/8 head for high speed high volume filling.
