Remote Level Indicators

Our highly accurate remote level indicators help to keep a track on the displacement of the water levels in the boiler. When the water levels in the boiler rises, the increasing water column presses the red indicating liquid (sealing liquid) from the first phase into second phase and then indicates in the Inspection glass of the indicator. The water displaced from Phase one flows from the condenser into Phase three and then into the boiler. If the water level in the drum falls, then the indicating liquid in phase three in the inspection glass, falls correspondingly. The water vapor formation in the condenser takes place when the water level in phase three is constantly filled up.

Flame Arrestors

Operation
Flame Arrestors, detonation flame arrestors, detonation arrestors, flame detonation arrestors stop the propagation of a flame by absorbing and dissipating heat through the large surface area of the bank sheets. Ignited vapour attempting to pass through the arrestor is forced through small passages within the bank assembly. Emergency And Conservation Vents

FLUIDYNE API 2000 Code EMERGENCY VENTS are designed to provide emergency pressure relief for storage tanks when exposed to overpressures that are not handled by standard tank vents. These vents provide the capacity to meet API standard 2000 for emergency venting due to fire exposure when properly sized. These covers also provide quick easy access for tank inspection and maintenance and provides pressure and vacuum relief . Vacuum relief must be achieved by special spring loaded venting devices attachment in such emergency pressure and vacuum relief vent covers. Fluidyne Excess Flow Check Valve

FLUIDYNE Excess Flow Check Valve also called FLUIDYNE Burst Control Valve or FLUIDYNE Hose Safety Check Valve or FLUIDYNE Velocity Check Valve. The valve has a sliding poppet within a chamber with an orifice at one end, wherein the closing flow rate settings can be adjusted. Precise adjustments can be made externally by turning an adjustment nut against a threaded screw extending at the end of the valve which causes a poppet to move within the chamber. As the poppet is urged toward the retainer by a coiled spring, the poppet is moved longitudinally within the chamber, either toward or away from the orifice. Turning the threaded nut enables to adjust the tension on the spring and therefore, the threshold flow rate of the valve could be precisely set. The valves operate by using the pressure differential across the valve to operate the poppet and spring assembly. The pressure differential is directly related to the flow of (SCFM) through the valve. When the pressure differential is within the operating limits - below the cutoff flow - of the unit, the force on the valve exerted by the spring is greater than that caused by the pressure differential the valve remains open and normal operation continues. When the pressure differential is above the cutoff limit, the force on the valve poppet exerted by the pressure differential is greater than the force exerted by the spring, and the valve closes. After the repairs to the line are made, normal operation is automatically enabled when pressure across the valve equalizes through the bleeder hole. The valve spring size can be specified by determining the air flow during normal operation and by estimating the flow if a failure or rupture occurs. FLUIDYNE Excess Flow Check Valve is used in filling lines and protects the system against excess flow rates and safely shuts off the flow due to hose bursts or excessive leakages downstream of the valve. FLUIDYNE Excess Flow check Valves are available in Standard Sandwich types suitable for mounting between a pair of flanges and also flanged screwed or butt weld connections types as per client requirements.

Retort Stand height ranges from 350 mm to 1500 mm. Capacity (depending on viscosity) ranges from 1 liter to 200 liters. Electronic or Autovariac speed control regulators are also provided on request. Coupling is of bush type or self centering chuck type. Material of construction is of Stainless Steel SS 304 or SS 316. Teflon or PP lined mixing elements also available for specific applications. Special GMP stirrers available for Pharmaceutical Industry.

Industrial Mixers

FLUIDYNE Industrial Mixers are available in Stainless Steel SS304, SS316, Teflon or PP lined material of construction, are of three types :

DIRECT DRIVE MIXERS : These industrial mixers, stainless steel industrial mixers are compact and have application for low viscosity fluids. They are available in standard speeds of 960, 1400. 2800 RPM and 0.25 HP to 2 HP Induction motor. These mixers are flange mounted on top of tank or clamped to side of tank.
GEARED DRIVE MIXERS : These industrial mixers are slow speed helical geared mixers and are designed to provide long life and trouble free service in wide variety of viscous and semi- viscous applications. Selection of mixer depends on application, volume, viscosity and specific gravity. Speeds range from 100 RPM to 500 RPM and power range from 0.5 HP to 10 HP. These mixers are flange mounted or bracket/ clamp mounted for top entry or angular entry.
HIGH SPEED DISPERSER HOMOGENISER : These stainless steel industrial mixers are used for dispersing and homogenizing two or more liquids .They also break up and dissolve powders in liquid. They use either a saw tooth cutter for normal duty and stator- rotor combination for high shear rate applications. The power range is available from 1 HP to 7.5 HP and speeds 1400 RPM and 2800 RPM. Industrial Mixers are available in Stainless Steel SS304, SS316, and Teflon or PP lined material of construction for specific applications.

Drum Mixers And Drum Agitators

FLUIDYNE now offers a complete line of bung entering mixers and drum agitators. First model uses a folding propeller for low viscosity. Other model uses permanent blades and are offered in higher horsepower. All mixers fit through a standard 2" bung on a 210 litre or 55-gallon drum. The Shafts and propellers are made of 304 or 316 stainless steel.Folding propellers open to 3-3/4" when pump is in operation. Motors are available in TEFC (totally enclosed fan cooled) or explosion proof. Air motors are also available.
