QFT1000

The exchange of fluid takes place by the thermosiphon principle or by forced circulation, e.g. with a pumping screw. The QFT1000 is made of transparent polyethylene, complete with clips made of stainless steel. The QFT1000 is resistant to water, glycerine, glycols and methanol; not resistant to mineral oils and toluene.

TS1000

With the EagleBurgmann TS1016 thermosiphon system it is possible to supply buffer/barrier fluid to double and tandem mechanical seals for a broad range of applications. The TS1016 thermosiphon vessel is available in 2 standard sizes with flat ends, sight-glasses for level monitoring and with or without cooling coil. TS vessels are equipped as standard with all the necessary system connections and brackets. The modular system allows the TS1016 vessels to be combined with a wide range of system components such as, e.g. level switch, circulation pump, hand refill pump, thermometer, base frame, etc.

SPO (Plan 53B)

Pressurized barrier system (closed circuit) for use in seal systems with high pressures and/or for hazardous/environmentally harmful processes. The SPO (Plan 53B) range is available with a pressure accumulator, cooler (finned tube, water or air cooler with fan) and a wide range of instruments.

DRU2000

With the EagleBurgmann DRU system it is possible to supply barrier fluid to double and tandem mechanical seals for a broad range of applications. The maximum operating pressure of 63 bar applies to the housing of the pressure booster, i.e. the process/medium pressure at the connection must be lower and is conditional on the transmission ratio:

SPA

Barrier pressure units of the SPA range perform all the functions of a barrier system essential for operating double seals (circulation and cooling of the barrier medium, pressurization of the barrier fluid and compensation of leakage).

DHE Pressure accumulator

The DHE consists of an accumulator, a pressure gauge with a shut-off valve and a check valve. The DHE can also be retrofitted to a SPA (Conversion kit no.: DHE140/R001-00).

SPN Automatic

The SPN is an automatic refill unit for barrier fluid pressurization in seal circuits. Pressurization by pneumatic or electric power, or a combination of both. The refill unit tank is designed for pressureless operation and is equipped with a level switch and a sight-glass. The refill unit has all pipework as far as the distributor unit. Separate components are installed in the seal circuit to cool and to circulate the barrier medium.

WDK

WDK5120 heat exchangers are used to cool process/barrier fluids in seal supply circuits. The heat exchanger has a wound double helix around the guide tube. Process/barrier medium in the tubes, cooling medium around the tubes.

LS050 (Plan 65)

eSPU6 Circulation pump

Circulation pumps of the eSPU6 series are canned motor pumps, designed as screw pumps with radial stage.
The ideal field of application are closed high pressure circuits in process hydraulic systems.
For this purpose the eSPU6 is a real and inexpensive alternative to glandless centrifugal pumps. The eSPU6 pumps are not self-priming, which means that the pump circuit must be well vented.

MAA Magnetic separator

Magnetic separators of the MAA range consist of a pressure casing with integrated magnetic rod. Magnetic separators are used in seal supply systems and any other such systems in which a liquid has to be cleaned of magnetic impurities.

SP23 Pressure gauge

Bourdon pressure gauges of the SP23 range are used for visual monitoring of the operating pressure.

GSS 
Gas supply system

Gas supply systems of the GSS range are specially designed for contact-free operated, gas-lubricated mechanical seals. The gas supplied from the supply network (e.g. air or nitrogen) is regulated/monitored by the GSS in accordance with the requirements of the seals being supplied. The GSS systems are equipped with alarm and/or switch-off points depending on specific safety requirements. Centralized monitoring of the measurement values is also possible on request. 

SPN

The hand refill pump (shown: SPN4016) consists of a storage vessel with level indicator, filling filter and a hand pump with integrated check valve. It is mounted directly on the thermosiphon vessel or pressure booster. There is a choice of two basic types in the SPN range of products:

Araflon 6426 is a packing made from high quality, smooth, synthetic and partly pre-impregnated continuous aramid fibers (Kevlar) with multiple applications of PTFE impregnating agent and lubricant additive. The aramid fibers are diagonally braided. This is a high quality and high strength packing. It is used, in particular, in the chemical, petrochemical, waste water and paper industries.

BuraTAL-Flex 6070

BuraTAL-Flex 6070 is a graphite-based, multi-layered high performance packing It is manufactured from high-purity expanded graphite yarn (>99 %) combined with a newly-developed high temperature impregnation. For long-term stable use in the high temperature range, the packing is additionally finished with a corrosion inhibitor. The multi-layer structure combines the benefits of maximum possible gap bridging due to the inner Inconel wire reinforcement with protection of the high-quality spindle surfaces in the valves. The packing can be installed without special end rings.

Burajet 
SCW 8032/SCW

Burajet SCW 8032/SCW is a fiber injectable packing based on PTFE fiber with a heavy-duty lubricant. For some applications, it may be necessary to retain it between braided compression packings (e.g. Burasoft L 6225/L or Buramex 6335). To reduce product contamination and to compensate better for radial shaft movements, a special retention between HPU (hydrolysis-resistant polyurethane) or FKM (fluorocarbon rubber) lipped rings is used.

BuraGlas 9480

BuraGlas 9480 is a square braided glass fiber packing made from texturized glass yarn. BuraGlas braided materials contain no combustible backings and so are non-flammable.

Burasil Basic 9544/B

Burasil Basic 9544/B is a soft gasket made from high-quality aramid fibers, fillers and NBR rubber (nitrile butadiene rubber), with anti-stick coating on one side. Burasil Basic 9544/B is a standard gasket with a balanced mixture of raw materials for flange and flange-like connections in the medium pressure and temperature range.

Quick-Seal MB4 9654/MB4 is a sealant tape made of 100 % virgin, expanded PTFE manufactured by a special process giving the tape a multi-directional fibre structure with a self-adhesive strip on one side. Quick-Seal MB4 9654/MB4 is currently the first and only multidirectional ePTFE tape with approval and certification according to Germany's TRD 401 /VdTÜV-Merkblatt Dichtung 100 regulation and is especially adapted to the needs of inspection hole and man-hole connections.

Statotherm 9593/5pro

Statotherm 5pro 9593/5pro an adhesive-free graphite gasket sheet made from flexible graphite foil reinforced with one or two stainless steel 316 tanged inserts. The gasket sheet is impregnated to improve handling and reduce leakage. Equates to the SGL Sigraflex Universal Pro.

Statotherm R profile rings R901/B..

Statotherm R profile rings R901/B are made from permanently elastic, expanded graphite (purity ≥ 99.85%, ash content ≤0.15 %, chloride content ≤20 ppm) without binders or fillers.
