- HV Transformer, Rectifier, AC Reactor & Choke Assembly is lid mounted for convenience and ease of maintenance and repairs.

- High Frequency Choke for surge protection of rectifier stack diodes
- High Voltage resistors for better stability and shield for induction free signal waveform.
- HV Rectifier Stack design consists of special glass-sealed passivated avalanche diodes, with controlled avalanche characteristics, which conduct the currents associated with transient waves in thier reverse biased direction without being destroyed in the way that normal diodes are, thus ensuring highest possible immunity to travelling waves.

- Improved Collection Efficiency : Digital detection enables sensing of Peta, sparks, arcs and together with control philosophy of flashovers, increases the "Volt Time Integral " and life collecting electrodes.
- Energy Saving : Feature based on VI characteristics, without using capacity monitor.

In technical collaboration with REDKOH Industries, USA, ADOR has launched the elevated frequency power supply for better power guarantee and emission control in critical ESP applications across all sectors.
A three phase AC main power source is fed into a rectifier and filter combination to create a smooth DC power source. This DC source is then fed into an integrated gate bipolar transistor (IGBT) full wave bridge circuit where it is converted into a high frequency AC waveform.
The SMPS switch module is assembled on a steel panel that occupies roughly the same space as an existing SCR module. Mounted on a common heat sink are the rectifiers, the filter assembly, IGBT Modules, and IGBT Gate drivers.
The Ador MFPS controller outputs a predetermined frequency to fire the IGBT's. Feedback control uses mA and KV feedback for voltage, Current and spark/arc control.

Cold rolled coils processed in cold rolling mills have a thin Film of residual rolling oil on the surface after rolling. The alkaline cleaning of cold rolled coils by use of high current. High current (DC) ensures totally clean surface of the strip before anealing. This electrochemical cleaning process is called electrolytic cleaning and the processing line the electrocleaning line.

Cathodic Protection is a technique used to control the corrosion of a metal surface by making it the cathode of an Electrochemical cell.A simple method of protection connects protected metal to a more easily corroded "sacrifical metal " to act as the anode.The sacrificial metal then corrodes instead if the protected metal.For structures such as long pipelines,where passive galvanic cathodic protection is not adequate an external DC electric power source is used to provide sufficient current.
