Our Managing Director, Late Mr. Shivaji B Dalvi established M/s Santosh Enterprises in 1983 at Ambad, Nashik catering Structural Fabrication Services to its customers. M/s VIR ELECTRO ENGG PVT LTD, Plant I at Ambad was started in 1996, catering Fabrication including Shot Blasting, Zinc Spray Metalizing, Liquid Spray Painting and Hot Dip Galvanizing.

Envisaging the our clients increased requirements, VIR ELECTRO ENGG PVT LTD., ( Plant II ) was started in 2010 and the Plant has come into fully Operational from Dec 2012. Plant is equipped with Modern Machine Shop, Heavy Fabrication Shop, Facilities for Shot Blasting, Zinc / Aluminum / Copper Spray Metalizing, Liquid Spray Painting and Hot Dip Galvanizing, meeting the Customer’s required Specific Quality requirements.

Our Fabrication Shop is well equipped with latest machinery and has Production Capacity of 1000 MT per month.

Having acquired wide experience in Various Surface Treatment for Fabricated Structures ( Anti-corrosive Protection ) by VIR ELECTRO - Ambad, Facilities to handle much larger Structures - Booth Sizes of 12x5x4.5 Meters (Extendable) are established for Shot Blasting, Zinc / Copper / Aluminum Spray Metalizing thus providing Anti-corrosion Protection meeting required Customer Specifications.

Our Hot Dip Kettle is of 8 Meters length x 1.4 Meters Width x 1.6 Meters Depth, facilitates to accommodate job lengths of more than 15 Meters, by adopting Double Dip method.
