Established with an objective: During 1970's India witnessed many newer developments in Plastic and Textile Industry. There was however, a big problem in getting good quality thermocouples and RTDs. Mr. Janak Upadhyay, a young electronics and electrical engineer involved in installation, commissioning and servicing of control panels for plastic machines, sensed and understood these requirements. He founded SIMPLICON in 1978 to produce quality sensors and fulfill this gap. The motto was also quick and perfect fitment and quick replacements, enabling user friendly designs apart from better sensing quality.
