It was introduced in 1983 by Mr. M.S.Khatri ( B.E. Mechnical), a qualified & highly experienced engineer in the electrical & specialised welding technology for ferrous & non - ferrous metal in resistance welding such as Spot, Projection, Seam, Butt welding and Arc, TIG, MIG, Submerged Arc (SAW) Welding Machines.

Registered Firm, with ISO 9001 : 2008 certification , having. factory premises situated in a heavy Industrial Estate, having a full fledge set up equipped with required machinery & facilities to manufacture a complete range of welding machines. The team behind the company are Mr. M. S. KHATRI (B.E. Mech.) who is the founder of this organization Mr. TUSHAR KHATRI ( Dip. In Production Engineering) Who is looking after the Factory all Technical as well as the sales and service part of the company since last Twenty Five years.
