After completion of his technical Course in Sericulture in 1965, Mr. Rakshpal Abrol, started his third career by marketing Welding Electrodes at Mumbai and Thane to industries having profession of Ship building, Fabrication of bodies on Motor Vehicle Chasis, Construction Machineries, Fabrication of Water Tanks, Steel Doors and Pipes welding on Sea Shore etc. While marketing welding electrodes, he introduced other products like welding Glass Shields, Goggles, Electrodes Holders and Hot Air Ovens for Welding Electrodes as they absorbs moisture. It was found by him that major Raw Materials of Welding Electrodes is Steel wire. The Carbon & Sulphur plays a very important and crucial role in the welding electrodes to maintain the quality and must be essential to have metal testing laboratory.

Along with marketing  of welding electrodes, other accessories he also worked on developing laboratory equipment indigenously specially for Indian Welding Electrode Manufacturer for improving the quality standards particularly with  reasonable cost to compete the other manufacturers as major raw materials are easily available in the country. There are skilled qualified Chemists and Mechanical technicians available for carrying out welding of variuos ferrous metal products. His development of Equipment used Analysis of Carbon & Sulphur Percentage by Volumetric Method made him associated with many Welding Electrodes, Steel Plant, Ingots and Billet Manufacturing, Rolling Mills, Foundries, Ferro Alloys Manufacturers, Testing & Inspection Laboratories, etc.
