Production Methodology
Our production processes are highly standardized one and the product goes through the following manufacturing steps in sequence till they acquire the shape and size based on the requirement:

Kneader
Our Kneader has a sturdy construction & it features high speed, excellent performance, fully automated temperature control, simplified operating process labour saving & stable product quality. With a capacity of about 25 kgs, it can knead even high viscosity rubber with low viscosity adhesives.
Mixing Mill
Our mixing mill processing facility can offer best possible level of dispersion of all ingredients, including but not limited to polymers, reinforcing fillers, plasticizers, as well as protective and curing systems.
