We introduce our self as an ISO 9001-2008 certified company established in 1987, engaged in manufacturing and exports of High Tensile Automotive & Industrial Fasteners. Our products also include stainless steel standards and specials, forged and machine parts.

We are located in Vasai industrial area, Thane, Maharashtra. Our product range include Hex Head & Socket Head Bolt, Studs from Dia 12mm to 64mm & Dia 1/2" to 2" and thread length / total length of the fasteners are standards and as per client's requirements. We have in house Hot Forging Press, Machine Shop, Heat Treatment Plant, Surface Treatment Plant, Shot Blasting Machine and Testing Lab with facility for crack testing.

Raw materials are purchased only from approved manufacturers, with test certificates to check the mechanical and chemical properties. Only annealed, peeled, drawn and ground bars are used to avoid even the surface cracks and also to maintain concentricity. We have a qualified and highly experienced team of engineers, technical and administrative staff involved in companies day to day activities.

Raw Material preparation - Special and unique

We buy high quality alloy steel black bars directly from reputed steel manufacturers with certificates
They are annealed to give better structure
They are drawn to size on draw benches to make straight
Bar are peeled minimum 2mm thickness to remove all surface defects
After peeling they are reeled and then ground to correct size of body dia of fasteners

Advantages of Raw Material Preparation

Surface cracks are removed completely, if any
Raw materials conditioned by annealing processing
Products heads are forged directly from body dia bars
This ensure material fiber/grain are not cut

Heating of Materials

Raw materials is heated by resistance CNC controlled heater/Induction heater
Raw materials heated only to the desired length for forging
This will not change total structure of the material

Head Formaing

Heads are formed by using carbide dies to give correct dimensions
Head forming operations done in two strokes in the same setting die by using sliding tool technology-one die two blow
In this process we ensure that heads are accurate and concentric with respect to the body
