Sharp Chucks and Machines Pvt. Ltd. was incorporated on June 10, 1994 as a Private Limited Company in small scale category with the object to manufacture machine tools and accessories under the provisions of Companies Act 1956. We received the Certificate of Incorporation on June 10, 1994 from the Registrar of Companies, Punjab, Himachal Pradesh & Chandigarh. The Corporate Identification Number of the Company is U27106PB1994PLC014701.We started our Business in the name & style of Sharp Garden & Implements Pvt. Limited by setting up a manufacturing unit at Jalandhar for manufacturing & export of Machine accessories. On October 9, 1995 the name of the Company changed into Sharp Chucks and Machines Private Limited. Under the scheme of arrangement of merger The Sharp Forgings Private Limited merged with Sharp Chucks and Machines Private Limited on February 1,2004 pursuant to the provisions of section  395 and other relevant provisions of the Companies Act, 1956. On July 31, 2004 the Company was converted from Private Limited to Public Limited Company as limited by Shares pursuant to the provisions of section 44 of Companies Act, 1956.
