The company land admeasures approximately 10000 meter and the company building consist of total area of approximately 5500 sq. meter. The company building consists of administrative block, forge shop, heat treatment shop, die shop, metallurgical lab, machining shop, standard room, finishing good warehouse, raw material storage area, canteen, conference and training facility etc.

We are India based manufacturer and exporter of Ring rolled, Close-die, Open-die Forgings and in-house Machining Unit for Automotive Parts, Gear-Transmission, Bearing Races, Railway Rolled Rings, Flanges, Metal Gasket and General Engineering Applications from all type material like Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Structural & Tool Steel, Low Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel. We manufacture quality forging components as per customer specification and samples. We manufacture quality forging including gears, shafts, rings, forged auto engine parts, agricultural implements, flanges and pipe fittings, earth mover parts etc. We also supply customized forging as per buyer’s drawings / samples. We can manufacture parts from 1 Kg. to 300 Kg. Moreover a well equipped advanced forge shop, die shop, cutting shop (Band saw & Shearing) ,metal testing laboratory, an efficient heat treatment facility, Mechanical property testing laboratory, & machine shop with standard room, ensures fast delivery of your part and also making us a one-stop source for all your forging needs.

Raw Material Storage area: - The main raw material required for forgings is Carbon Steel, Alloy Steel, Structural & Tool Steel, Low Carbon Steel & Stainless Steel. The requirement is met domestically from reputed steel-mill in India. The storage of raw material is identify with Material Grade, heat no., Dia., supplier name, color codification etc.

Cutting Shop :- The cutting shop have separate area. Also cutting process will follow as per control plan & product requirement. The shop is fully equipped as below.

Forging Shop: - Our Forge Shop is equipped with 5 various type forging line for Rolled Ring forging, Open die forging & close die forging. Forging shop is equipped with below machinery.

Heat-treatment Shop: - The shop is well equipped with 90KW electric heated bell type furnaces. this shop is working 24X7 days. In heat-treatment shop we are doing stress reliving process like spheroidize annealing, special annealing, normalizing & isothermal annealing.
