5. e-CAMGUARD Die & Mould Protection System          

Latest technology based on CCD vision, our e-CAMGUARD Die & Mould Protection System protect your moulds by detecting ejector system / sliders not functioning properly and incorrect placing of inserts in the mould. It also detect if there is any quality problems in moulded plastic parts (like short fill, flashes, missing parts in muticavity moulds, improper part ejection etc…). Interlocked with Moulding Machine, the production process is stopped as soon as any abnormality occurs, thus avoiding accidental damages in moulds and poor quality parts being produced.
