Abhinandan Rasayan Pvt. Ltd. (ARPL) is a company base in India since 2003, manufacturing APIs, Drugs Intermediates and Speciality Chemicals, for both domestic and international customers. The company has two APIs manufacturing plants which can handle complex synthesis and reactions with the highest levels of safety and productivity and is located close to Mumbai the capital of Maharashtra. The plants are specifically designed incorporating the best features of modern API facilities. We are among the largest producers of Mefenamic acid in India. The Company has a significant presence in Anti-convulsant, Anti-inflammatory, Analgesic, Anti-hypertensive, Decongestant, psychiatric and Anti-malarial therapy segments.

The Process Development Laboratory has also successfully developed processes for many intermediates and APIs on the request of its esteemed customers and the same are being manufactured on an exclusive basis for them. The plant facilities are designed in such a way that the flow of process is on the principals of gravitational flow that reduces physical handling of the material. The full fledged plant is constantly updated with the latest equipment and is always geared up for every requirement and qualifications wherever applicable.

Finished goods are released based on the procedure framed by Quality Assurance Department both, for domestic and international market. To ensure that the GMP standards are met and products comply with international quality standards, quality control measures have been imbibed at various stages of production starting from approval of raw materials, packing materials, in-process materials and extend to checking of intermediates and finished products.

Quality Control laboratories are equipped with advanced instruments such as HPLC, HSGC, Spectrophotometer, Potentiometer etc., appropriately staffed to carry out the necessary examination and testing, include stability studies.

At the final control of finished product, before release for sale or distribution, in addition to analytical testing, the QA department takes into account production conditions, results of in-process control, examination of manufacturing documents and the conformity of the product to its specifications.
